How Buying works

Buying — Step by Step (please also see Pricing for more information).

We only charge for PenDrawDev, not for PenDraw.

What you buy is a licence to use PenDrawDev.

  1. You download PenDrawDev (it comes with PenDraw in the download) before buying.
  2. You evaluate PenDrawDev. Assuming you decide to buy, you proceed to the next step.
  3. You choose a licence for the number of copies you need.
  4. You make the appropriate payment (see below).
  5. Once the payment is made, we email you a licence code.
  6. You run PenDrawDev, and copy the licence code into a text box under Help Update Licence.
  7. That's it.
Evaluating PenDrawDev is Important

We ask that you do spend the 30-day evaluation period, making sure that PenDrawDev is suitable for you, to avoid the need for any refunds, but that does not alter your right to a refund.

No Return — No Refund

We do not accept returns. We do not give refunds. We believe that 30 days is more than sufficient time for a) serious evaluation, and b) the decision process. Hence we believe that you can make an informed choice, and should have no reason to change your mind afterwards. See No Return No Refund for our full policy statement.

Methods of Payment
  • We prefer credit/debit card. It is much the quickest way for you to get the licence.
  • We accept cheques (checks) but only in UK currency, ie Pounds. We email the licence once the payment has cleared: please be aware that this rarely takes less than seven days, given the way banks 'work' ('work' doesn't seem the right word for most banks, does it? How about 'dawdle'?). And they can take a staggeringly long time for international inter-bank transfers (we were offered 5 weeks, recently, for Manhattan to London — within the same 'global' bank!).
  • We accept purchase orders from government organisations, major corporations, and educational insitutions. The order must be on headed stationery. Our terms are 30 days.
