PENDRAWDEV PRICING

Prices are effective from 19th February 2005. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. No VAT *.

* Right now we DO NOT charge UK Value-Added Tax (it is like a state tax, or purchase tax). We will have to, under UK law, if sales volume rises above a certain level: ie be aware that this no-VAT state may change: if it does, VAT will be added to the above prices, at the rate of 17.5%.

** ie Unlimited number of installations but only at a single site.

• We only accept payment in UK Pounds.
• We do not supply the software on any media. You must download the software, to get hold of it. There is a bundle of stuff, including PenDraw and PenDrawDev, in the download. We supply a PenDrawDev licence only by email. That is our only way of supplying the software to you. Please make sure that you have it and have successfully installed it before purchasing a licence.
• All multiple licences are for a single site, with a single person as point of contact. If this does not suit your needs, and you would like special terms, please email or phone us.
• Educational discounts are available for site licences (not for purchases of single copies). For educational establishment licences, please email or phone us.

Users

What constitutes a User?

Please see our licence agreement for full details, but basically this is about the number of simultaneous users. If a person, or organisation, has PenDrawDev on more than one computer, but only one computer is ever running PenDrawDev at a time, that would count as a single user. But if more than one person can, or may, use PenDrawDev at the same time, then each one counts as a user; thus you can add up how many users you really have. And you need a licence that covers that number of users.
