You should now have an understanding of how PenDraw works and of computer drawing. Additionally you should be beginning to get a 'feel' for the way PenDraw can help YOU.
PenDraw is simple. Every feature has been chosen to make computer drawing simple and secure.
Pics are 'hygienic': they can't affect the Pic in which they are nested (ditto Drawings). This means that you can construct libraries of Pics/Drawings and use the items from the library with confidence. If the library item changes from one pen to another, when it finishes PenDraw rein-states the pen you were using before you used that item.
And PenDraw is 'block-structured', with Pics calling up other Pics because that is how so many pictures are made up in reality. The title is "on" the spine of the book which is "on" the table.
And because some things, such as annotation, are relative to the drawing frame PenDraw gives you Default so that you can refer to the drawing frame.
About the best thing about PenDraw, and what makes it different, is that you can predict what it will do. You will find that PenDraw is very powerful, even though there isn't much more for you to learn.
The next Chapter gives the full definition of PenDraw. When you have read it you'll be able to use PenDraw to the full, and with confidence to produce your computer drawings.
